At Retail Recruitment Experts we don't use the term "experts' lightly. The two company directors have between them a combined 48 years experience in the retail industry covering all levels of the business. RRE was formed because the directors believed there was a definite gap within the retail recruitment sector, and it needed experts to fill this gap.

Our clients enjoy dealing with the team at RRE because they know we can relate to their circumstances, because chances are we have "been there and done that"

Fay Clark - Company Director

Fay has 25 years experience in retail having held positions all aspects of the industry. Starting as a Store Manager with a multi national retailer she quickly progressed to Regional Manager and then on to State Manager. Fay's skills were recognized within Human Resources area and she was promoted to National HR Manager, where she under took further studies and became a Qualified Retail Trainer and later an Accredited Assessor.

Fay developed retail specific training modules for induction of new employees and their ongoing training that were implemented nationally. She has several accreditations throughout her career and has been instrumental in the development of company policies and procedures manuals.

Garry Wills - Company Director

Garry's 23 year retail experience commenced at ground level in sales, working his way through the ranks to become a senior flagship store manager of a multi national company. During the course of his career he has held several senior positions in the retail sector including Regional Manager and the high profile position of National Buyer / Merchandise Planner.

Having spent his whole working life in the retail industry Garry has been involved in all aspects of the business, giving him the distinct advantage of being able to relate to all levels. He is tertiary qualified in Sales Management, Consumer Behavior and holds a Marketing Degree.
