The Next Step

Once you have registered with RRE you will receive a confirmation email that assures you have been successful in becoming a Job Seeker. Should our database match you to a position that is or does become available (based on the information you supply to us), one of our consultants will be in contact with you to discuss your suitability for the role.

Face to Face

We insist on meeting all our suitable candidates face to face to discuss your needs and what positions you are suited to. We will discuss your options and give you expert honest advice. RRE will never put a candidate forward to a prospective retailer should the candidate not be 100% committed to the role.

At RRE we don't believe in wasting our candidates or retailers valuable time, we will be honest and upfront with you in relation to your suitability to any position. Should in our opinion your resume need re-working, we are happy to offer advice on how it can be made more effective. RRE will only put forward the highest caliber candidate.

The Final Step

After establishing your suitability for the role we will on your behalf arrange an interview for you with the prospective retailer. We give all our candidates honest and professional feedback. If successful we will on your behalf negotiate terms and conditions of your employment.
